Prices quoted from photos are based on what the photos show; if conditions on site differ materially (for example, hidden voids, hollow steps, or damage not visible in the photos), we will tell you before doing any work and you may decline. Your price is confirmed in the written quote you approve. Estimates are free, with no obligation to book.
Scheduling, permits, and site work
Start dates depend on weather and ground conditions (lifting is not performed on frozen ground; coatings require minimum temperatures) and may shift accordingly. You are responsible for clearing vehicles and belongings from the work area and for telling us about irrigation lines, invisible pet fences, low-voltage wiring, or other items near the concrete that we could not otherwise know about.
Payment and financing
Payment terms are described in your written agreement. Any financing we mention is offered through independent third-party lenders; approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by the lender based on your application and creditworthiness. Nothing on this website is an offer or guarantee of credit.
Warranties
